Finter Bank Zurich is small enough for everyone to be personally acquainted. And a big bank when it comes to responding to the diverse needs and aspirations of an international clientèle. Or put another way: We are as large as necessary and as small as possible. It is important for us to keep to a manageable size, to maintain personal contact in reality and not just on paper. Instead of weighty "Boards" in remote "Headquarters", we have self-reliant employees on all levels in direct contact with customers, giving the benefit of their expertise and taking the necessary action.
